Why Should We Exercise?
Maintaining good physical health is very important for people. One of the parts of maintaining good physical health is to exercise on a regular basis. It not only helps with maintaining good shape, but it has countless other benefits as well. A couple physical benefits include better sleep, less chance of developing many diseases, weight control, boosting your energy, and much more. Some mental benefits of exercising are that it can drastically improve your mood, as chemicals such as endorphins and serotonin are released, which in result causes you to be happier. Exercising on a normal basis can reduce stress, and reduce chances of mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression. Exercise doesn't have to be going to the gym every morning and running for 2 hours straight. It can be something fun to do with friends, and you can make it fun for you. There are an infinite number of great exercises that will help different people with different things. Making this a part of your life can add a lot to your life, all while taking very little time.
